The possibility of terrorist organizations reaching critical weapons has become more possible today. In this respect, the use and protection of nuclear vehicles has reached a more critical level. As an area where nuclear power and terrorist activities coexist, the Southeast Asian region is important. The nuclear activities of India and Pakistan, as two neighboring countries and nuclear powers that have been competing for years, are crucial. In this study, the nuclear capacity development activities of the two rival countries and the competitive relationship between them were examined and the possibility of terrorist organizations’ access to nuclear weapons was discussed.
