Sürekli gelişen ekonomi dünyasında, işgücü piyasalarının inceliklerini anlamak çok önemlidir. McGraw-Hill ekonomi serisinin bir parçası olan "Çalışma Ekonomisi", kitabı işgücü dinamiklerinin karmaşık ağında yol gösterici bir fener görevi görüyor. George J. Borjas tarafından kaleme alınan bu kitap, çalışma ekonomisinin kalbine inerek hem aydınlatıcı hem de pragmatik bilgiler sunuyor.
